This an impolite or rude way of asking someone why they've interrupted you again.

For example

  • "Sorry to bother you again."
    "What is it now? Can't you see you I'm on the phone?"

  • "Dad?"
    "What now, Jenny? Can't it wait until after the news?"

Also "Now what?"
