Meaning

You can say "Knock it off!" when someone is doing something wrong, or something that's annoying you, and you want them to stop it.

For example

  • Lek was squirting everyone with his water pistol until his older brother grabbed him and said, "Knock it off, will you?"

  • The referee ran over to the players who were wrestling on the ground and said, "Knock it off or you'll both get a booking."
