Quotation:

"Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit."

Long quote:
"And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost."

In the Christian religion, these are the last words spoken by Jesus Christ as he died under crucifixion - a standard form of Roman execution at the time.

Note that the long quote above is from the Authorized King James Version of the Bible (published 1611), which does not use quotation marks for speech.
