For example

  • The cops and the big drug dealers here work in cahoots, and they make a lot of money out of the drug trade.

  • Michael says that big pharmaceutical companies are in cahoots with government agencies that regulate medicines, and a lot of research that highlights dangerous side-effects is deliberately ignored.
