Experience counts - pen pals

Hello everyone, I'm planning to start a pen pals (from other countries) project with my students. Which is the best way to communicate with the other group? Computers? Or posting letters handwritten by the students? Thank you in advance. Best wishes Rashitha PS: Do consider the time factor, cost and...

Re: Swedish upper-secondary students looking for penpals

I teach English to 15-17 year old boys in India. I'd like my boys to be a part of a cultural exchange project. It would throw them into a situation where they are forced to use only English. It would surely improve language on both the sides. Do let me know if you are interested.

Re: comparative adjectives

Hi Syl
Colloquial is fine but in a written exam (cloze) can one accept "He is bigger than me"?

Re: Cultural exchange project

Hi
Your idea seems to be very interesting. I'm from India teaching boys 15-17 years old. I'm sure it would be a very enriching experience for them. I hope the project is still on. Please get in touch with me as early as you can.

Re: American school would like penpals from all over the wor

Hello, I'm an English teacher in India. I teach 15-18 year old boys who are not very good at English. I think the idea of having penpals abroad is a good one for my boys to improve their communicative abilities. Further, there seems to be scope for a cultural exchange too. My boys will be back after...

Hi, I'm an English teacher from India teaching 15-17 year old boys. Are you still looking for penpals for your students? My students are interested in having penpals from other countries. Since they are from a rural background, they have very little exposure to English and are not so good at it. I p...
