I can see why they would put him in your class. Making friends and talking with native speakers of a language is the best way to learn. It isn't good if he is interrupting your class though. I'm torn between the two. There's is so much more hand-on work that goes into teaching face to face. You get to know the person, their learning styles and as such, you can cater your workshops to suit them. Online pays better and has it's own advantages but you never really get to know your students...

Mohammad, I usually break my class into groups and do a role play. We cover things we wish we had - a pony, a million dollars etc and then imagine what we would do with that money. The discussion/RP would then lead into an explanation of what present unreal conditionals are. It usually works for me....
