Best way to grade a writing test

Hi there, thanks for letting me be part of this forum. I'm a relatively new teacher 
, so one of the questions I have is about the best way to grade my students' (level A1) performance in a test.
I'd really appreciate if one of you could tell me the method you follow when it comes to grading writing tests (so far we've started with short compositions, so the test won't exceed 100 words). Out of 100 points, how many points you deduct for a mistake in grammar, orthography, structure, content, etc.??
I'm looking for an easy, effective and fair method (it's not for a Proficiency level exam
). Please let me know your ideas and again forgive my lack of experience on the subject.
