Tag Question

Unread post by BenTommy »

Hi Dear Teachers,

There is a question bothering me as following. It is about 'tag question of let's'.

In the below link, there goes:

A: "Let's go, Shall we?"
B: ?
https://www.englishclub.com/grammar/ver ... pecial.htm

I mean that if somebody (B) wants to reply A, how could s/he answer in the case of obeying parallelism?? Le't me be more clear.

In the below example, B replies "Yes, we can".
A: Can we go out, can't we?
B: Yes, we can.

I look forward to formal answers instead of informal speech like "Sure, etc.".
