Is it correct to say : /Lisa takes ten minutes to have breakfast/ ?
Shouldn't it be : /It takes Lisa ten minutes to have breakfast/ ?

Is there anyone who can help me ?

You can say either.

Lisa takes ten minutes to have breakfast.
It takes Lisa ten minutes to have breakfast.

Both are correct.

See the Grammar Guide in the ICALwiki for more.

Pete, who is usually correct, is correct :).

Here a few examples of 'take' with the meaning of 'need':
Parachuting takes a lot of nerve.
I take a size five in shoes.
Transitive verbs take a direct object.
