Teaching on Skype

Hi all,
I'm currently teaching in Rome but the work is part time so two of us have set up a teaching service via Skype.
Does anyone know of any platforms/forums where I can promote my website without being blocked for exploitation?
Also I'm charging $20 for one lesson but the price goes down if you buy 10 or 20 lessons. Is this too steep?
This is our first time teaching on-line does anyone know of any teaching methods that work effectively on-line?
