How the listening lesson should be? what's the strategies of improving the listeners abilities in the classroom?

There are so many ideas to approach listening. You can focus on key information, grammar points, vocabulary, or you can listen for the main idea, purpose, or mood of the piece. And you can always try something different in each and every lesson.
Not much in the way of specifics, I know. But here's something a little more specific.
With any listening activity, use it in conjunction with other skills. For example, get students thinking about a topic with some questions beforehand. Then listen to a monologue or dialogue, focusing in on the particulars you want to cover for the day. Next examine and understand the piece, perhaps by writing answers in pairs/groups. Finally, take everything and reuse it. With a monologue, offer discussion and debate questions on the topic, and encourage students to use key information from the piece. With a dialogue, practice the conversation, and then use it as a jumping off point for the students to construct their own conversations/role plays.
Listening works in tandem with other skills, and so needs to be tied to activities that make use of speaking, writing, and reading.
