Hi!
I was asked to give a conversation course to adults. But I'm not a native speaker and I don´t feel much confortable about it because I' ve never done it before. I´m teaching English to young learners. Any ideas? How can I prepare myself for conversation classes?
Thank you!

Hi Claraisa,
Welcome to the forum!
If you just want to practice fluency - getting students to speak as much as possible and use past grammar and vocabulary studied - then consider providing themes.
I'm not sure of the level, because Intermediate can be pretty broad. But you could provide ten questions on vacations, or ten questions on New Year's holidays, or ten questions on future dreams. Students talk in groups or pairs, perhaps switching and repeating the conversations.
For stronger students, I would recommend my site: http://www.headsupenglish.com.
Although this sort of lesson can feel a bit loose, you can still work towards an end objective. Students can come together and decide who has the best, worst, most interesting vacation or dream, for example.
I hope the idea helps!
