HI MEYLENLAU
the sentence you have written is in the present continuos . you cannot use (every day) with this tense. Mary eats at one o'clock everyday .

You could say, for instance, I was eating yesterday at one o'clock.

Hi Dixie,
You are right. You could say that. Also you could say :
i ate at one Oc'lock yeasterday.
I was eating at one yeasterday.
some usages are wide.and you know that it is not just like math; when you say one plus one is two.

Your sentence, as long as concerned to grammer is right but as we judge it on the parameters of its sense then it is wrong. "everyday" makes the work done in the sentence habitual. So, i would recommend:

Mary used to eat at one o'clock everday.

You can use the same tense like this
I'm eating lunch at one o'clock today.
I'm a teacher of English in Egypt. I studied at the Moray House School of Education in the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.

For this sentense Present Indefinite Tense/ used to are the best solutions only, others are grammatically wrong.

Mary eats at one o'clock everyday.
Mary used to eat at one o'clock everyday.
