I am feeling much better since

Unread postby QiQi » Thu Jun 04, 2009 1:43 pm

1. I've been feeling much better since you've been here.
2. I am feeling much better since you've been here.

I know 1 is correct. What about 2 both in AE and BrE?

Many thanks!

2 doesn't seem right in BrE, and I suspect not in AmE.
