In the following sentence two mistakes must be corrected to make it right. (It can even be a missing word.) Could anyone help me? I have given up:) Many thanks.
"Hungarian universities witch have language exam exit requirements except the Euroexam."
I need some help in correcting mistakes

First of all witch is spelt incorrectly. There is at least one word missing but it's unclear because it depends on the meaning and the context of the sentence.
Re: I need some help in correcting mistakes
yeah witch is spelt incorrectly and one or two words are missing!
Re: I need some help in correcting mistakes
Guys, I don't think the misspelling is that important. It can even be a typo... the big problem is that the sentence is all wrong, either in grammar construction or style.
I wouldn't repeat the word "exam" twice, first of all. Second, the word "exit" is so out of usage...
And what do you mean by "Euro" exam, zudzud? Not clear either...
This is my suggestion:
Hungarian universities, which have language exams, lack the necessary requirements except for the Euro (?) (maybe European???) examination.
Good luck :)

Re: I need some help in correcting mistakes
Actually it is not a sentence. There is no verb, unless "except" is the verb, which is possible but unlikely. One possible correct sentence could be:zudzud wrote:Hungarian universities witch have language exam exit requirements except the Euroexam.
Hungarian universities which have language exam exit requirements accept the Euroexam.
or better...
Hungarian universities that have language exam exit requirements accept the Euroexam.
Re: I need some help in correcting mistakes
Your point is correct, EC.
When I read that sentence I looked for the verb, and since "exit" is also a verb, I questioned myself: "What does he mean with that word???"
Anyway, there is no doubt. Your suggestion is the best!
