In my previous reply to you I used the dictionary. I will use it again, this time Oxford Dictionary.
[no object] successfully complete an academic degree, course of training, or (North American) high school:
He graduated from Glasgow University in 1990".
This means that the verb "to graduate" is used in the active voice, and not in the passive. This being so, "have been graduated" which is in the passive voice isn't suitable in your example.
