PROPOSED COMPOSITION COMPETITION IN ENGLISH CLUB

To improve our english, shall we make a proposal to Josef to arrange an english composition competition in EC and invite Josef to be the marker.

Upon collecting sufficient vote, i will make a proposal to Josef.
Please voice your view, because it will affect us.
