Smokers and their sueing right

Cigarette companies have known for years that their product kills its users. They have also known that tobacco is addictive. Consequently, people whose lives have been ruined by smoking have a right to collect damages from cigarette makers.
My question, do you agree that smokers have the right to sue cigarette companies for their poor health because of smoking?

To me they don't have the right since they choose to smoke; therefore, they should be responsible for whatever will happen to their health and body.

No they don`t have right to sue tobbaco companies cuz they r smoking with awareness.Nobody says smokers ey you why don`t you smoke ?!,this is absurd.
