I don't think I will fix it immediately because I'd like to see how things will develop. Maybe it will be solved as time passes. If the situation demands that I take an action immediately, I'll try my best to find a solution for the problem myself. About the third option which is to seek another person's help, I think that will be my last option becuase I like to depend on myself.

For me, it depends on what problem they are. The more serious ones of course, I have to solve them very soon with any means. If it is easy so I think I can put it in the last queue.
