Can I say: I go back my home?
Or I have to say: I go back to my home?
And why?

Second, depends on what you gonna say and context:
If you are on your way home, then "I'm going (back) home"
If you're describing your rutine you'd say: "When I go home ..." or "On my way (back) home"
Sending somebody: "Go home!"
This sounds OK too, but here you have to realize that it's two separate parts, the second is clarifiing-like for the first:
"I go (back) (to my home)" (means like every night)
That's how I feel about it.
