Harry Potter novels and vocabulary ......please help me?

Post by pharmart »

Hi, I am not an English speaking native and I thought I could improve my vocabulary by reading the Harry Potter novels. What do you think? I want to improve my understanding of English by reading the Harry Potter novels. Will the words used in those books be helpful?

Harry Potter

I think this is a good idea. The vocabulary in the Harry Potter series is very mature, even though it's a children's book. At the same time the writing is clear, direct and very readable. And of course entertaining!

I hope you enjoy your reading.

Any novel can help you only when you try to memorize the new words and thier meanings.Harry potter is very good as it gives entertainment and good word list.
underline these words and repeatedly go through them .so as to record them in your memory.for more tips on vocabulary building
