grammer question

in the following sentence,can we say"a+so+adj +noun+that"?or we must say"so+adj+a+noun+that"
study is a so interesting thing that it make our life rich and colorful



other than if my writting is true?for example if i use comma(,) after "in the following sentence"

2) This study is a so interesting thing.
3) Studying this is a so interesting thing.
