Which one of the sentence is correct in terms of usage?

1) The impact of the Latino community in the United States is immense, and there is no difference at our company.

2) The impact of the Latino community in the United States is immense, and this is no different at our company.

2, because you're talking about the impact, specifically, being no different at your company. "There's no difference," would be used if you were talking about no difference existing in general.

Also, I'd say "impact of the Latino community on not in."

The impact of the Latino community on the United States is immense, and this is no different at our company.
