It was around 4 p.m. when a postman rang my door's bell and he said I got a registered parcel. My friend, Jan, sent this parcel to me.
Given this situation, I want to tell Jan that I have received her parcel, but it is 10 p.m., I am not sure if I can say this to her:
"Jan, I have received your parcel at 4 p.m. this afternoon."
Can I say "this afternoon" at night?

(Not a grammar issue, but...) yes, you can.
