my mother once told me that when i was a baby, she used to make me drink a mixture of milk, honey and an egg. and when i said how disgusting it sounds, she said it was good for my memory :)

As I know, fish; squash; and tea are good for your memory. So you should eat more fish and squash and drink more tea. And remember to go to bed before 12pm.

As I know fish is good for eyes and memory :) but tea...? I don't think that is version rights, and the vegetables and fruits is very good for your memory

You can carry out brain exercises such as puzzles, questions and answers and before sleep try thinking of what ever you have done through out the day a good exercise
