Strictly speaking, none of them is acceptable to my mind, although you might well hear locutions such as 3 or 6. To be meaningful, the word following 'of' must denote a plural entity ('everyone' may refer effectively to a group but is grammatically singular). The logically correct sentence would be
He played the best/gave the best performance of ALL (the competitors, etc.)
or
Of ALL (the people there, etc.) he...
N.B. The informal ellipsis of 'the' before 'best' (typically required for cases such as this, i.e. of comparison between different individiuals) is generally not possible when the superlative is modified.
