I saw these forms when I took a Shakespeare's poem. Now I am trying to get an information why a singular form diappeared, in my language it is using nowadays, and in many other languages too. When I asked my question I received a link, here it is: http://etymonline.com/columns/do-be-thee.htm , at the end of the page there is an information about such forms.
yes, old english literature was full of these archiac forms, they were used in talking to kings and queens, or when praying to god. i think that most languages changed by time. and there were several factors that enhanced these changes through time such as the cultural interaction between two different nations or more. this kind of interaction adds, ommits and creates words and notions in any language.
