Wow! that was an amazing post and the comments below are also quite helping. Stress is one thing which can even be more dangerous than any fatal disease. Those tips are such a great way of staying calm and avoiding stress, so thank you all for posting them here.

Stress is becoming a major problem among many people and it's makes them gain weight. There are may ways to uplift stress as told by Burton but my the most effective way to uplift stress that leave that thing for sometime which gives you stress and get indulge into something you like to do the most.

We carry as much as 60% of our stress in the shoulders. Massages and hot tubs are very good ways to relieve the tension, as is meditation and breathing exercises. I found this link on Google, hope it helps.

Great post. These 36 ways are wonderful to reduce stress. I also feel stress so this information is very useful for me. I will try to follow these things to reduce stress.
