I saw this sentence previously 'with me is Nancy' on the radio. 'right in front of me is stream' as well. I understand the meaning, but wonder whether it's grammatically correct. Your answer would be very thankful. Take care.

Yes. It is a little literary-/formal-sounding, but it's certainly grammatically possible to prepose prepositional phrases in this way, particularly for emphasis.
