I am trying to create a new board game in English but I have some difficulty with instructions .
I am not sure about many of them.
I am looking for the more important of them, for ex.: move back one space and so on...
Do you know where can I find a list for my purpose?

I don't know of a list. I'd probably try to study actual rules from real board games. You might find some on the web, for example the rules for the ESL game Word Up:
