like you guys said, we need to protect the enviroment, all you are absolutely right. Enviromental problems can lead to many serious prolems for us and our earth, for instance, floods, global warming,...so that the more you protect the enviroment, the better you enjoy the life

I guess protecting the environment is the best way to protect our own selves against diseases. Imagine that you left a room get full with garbage and dust, would you want to live in their, certainly not, if you have the option. By doing so, you would risk yourself for disease. Similarly, this world is our "big room" that we commonly call "environment", you should keep it clean in order to live healthy. As the human population increase, the disorder increases: more garbage in the streets, more pollution, more disasters, and so forth. Therefore, we become more aware of trying to protect the environment. Protecting the environment, ensures our own longevity, our good health, and a healthy environment all around us.

I have a real example of global warming: when I was a child standard russian winter frost (about -15 C) came in the begining of December, but now it comes only in the end of February. The winter is rather shotter, it begins only in the middle of January and ends already in the middle of Marth. This is not usual for Russia.
