ok, so I was watching this Friends episode and in the end Rachel was talking to Ross about them not having sex again and she said 'It's never off the table'' and is that some kind of idiom or what? I'd just really wanna know what she meant by saying that. Please someone smart tell me! :P

I'm almost totally sure that means "It's always a possibility (that we could have sex again)".
