It looks like a nice poem.I will try to help a little if i can.I found some personifications in the poem:
"Let aeroplanes circle moaning overhead" as far as i know planes cannot moan..so.there may be a personification.Another one:
"Put crepe bows.." well..Was it a traditon to put crepes round the necks of women during funerals in those times? If it was, there is a personification too as doves have crepes around their neck.
"My working week and my Sunday rest" Those "m"s may be alliteration. Also "my noon, my midnight,my talk,my song" can be metaphors as the poet uses those things for his lover..
(his lover.cause he was homosexual as far as i know)
