do you have any ideas about what this sentence means?

hello... nemo's here....

I think the sentence is passive and it means do you have someone that you feel and think is the best for you. 'The best' means close to you, understand and take care of you. In the other words, both of you have something in common.........

Or maybe that person shows his/her kindness to you and give everything which is the best to you.......

That's what i know......unsatisfied?????keep on looking it's true meaning.......GOOD LUCK
