the meaning of Peeps, Numpty and Naff

Very interesting words! I don’t think ‘peeps’ is used here (N. America) the way you explained it. ‘Numpty’ (Scottish?) is definitely not in my vocabulary (Couldn’t find it in many dictionaries either?). ‘Naff’ (British slang) is not a common word; some dictionaries don’t list it.
