Hello everyone i am Veysel, i am new in this forum. i have a question. My question is what is the mean of "we find and regard high in humans" ? actually i dont understand part of "high in humans"

The phrase is usually expressed: "highly regarded", for example, "Honesty is a quality which is often highly regarded in humans."
