for even for?

Post by pdh0224 »

Dear teacher,

After a Grade 2 concussion (symptoms last longer than 15 minutes), the player should leave the game and be carefully monitored for delayed complications, with no return to play or practice for at least a week without symptoms. But if consciousness is lost for even for a few seconds, the athlete should be taken to the emergency room immediately for a thorough neurological evaluation.

Q : I think "for even a few seconds" or "even for a few seconds" is natural. What do you think?

You are right: it can only be a misprint!
