Sir,
I will return your book in two week's time.
I have to correct this sentence.
I will return your book within two weeks.
I wiil return your book by the two weeks.
Which one is correct and why?

Neither! The corrected version is I will return your book in two weeks' time.
(Note the position of the apostrophe).
