I often see people say "an expresion of quantity+ of which" so I wonder if I can say "of which+an expression of quantity" as in the following sentence:
This country has 105 hospitals in total, of which about 35% are the public ones and the rest are private ones.
If my sentence is wrong, please correct it.

Your use of 'of which' is correct, but I would replace 'the public/private ones' with simple adjectives 'public/private'.
