Present or Future Continuous?

Please help me.
Is it possible to say: What are you going to do at 7? or is it
What will you be doing at 7?

Either is possible, but with slightly different meanings: the first asks about what action you intend to start performing at the time in question, while the second asks about the action that will already be ongoing at that time.
