Hi,
Here's the sentence:
"I am thinking of taking up evening classes to improve my marks because of my dream to become a doctor."
Personally, I think that a sentence with a clause "because my dream is to become a doctor" would be more appropriate, but I'd like to know if I can use the preposition "because of" to express the same idea.
Is the sentence acceptable?

Yes, you most certainly can!
