adjective vs past participle

Specifically the word "attracted".

I understand that some past participles can also be used as adjectives. It seems in those cases that dictionaries list such words as both.

But I cannot find the word attracted shown as an adjective in a dictionary.

Am I right to think in the following sentence attracted is the verb, maybe passive?
- She was attracted to the man (by his looks).

Yet it is possible to imagine attracted used attributively, albeit not commonly:
- Gather up the attracted particles.

I'm puzzled. It really looks like an adjective there, and is it possible that ALL past participles can be used as adjectives in one way or another?

An interesting question!

'Attracted' qualifies technically as a participial adjective, since it is possible to say 'be VERY attracted to someone'.

Dictionaries may not be completely exhaustive in their classification of such dual-function words.
