Loong is a sign of an fictitious animal of good luck that is the symbol of the Chinese nation and previously it was translated by some people from Chinese into English as dragon, but loong and dragon are so different in many respects that they are not interchangeable.
Chinese people believe that in this world to eat is the most important thing, as a result, there is a great variety of food over the vast territory of China. On important days like the Chinese New Year aka Spring Festival, foods are the must of every household to show its happiness and celebration.
Jiaozi, which looks like dumpling, is the most popular new year food in the northern part of the country, but in other parts of the country there are more tasty foods available that you can only have them when you are physically in China. Those you can get in the restaurants of Chinatowns outside China or delivered to your door by the fast deliveryman are simply garbage that you can dump into the trash can without any hesitation.
