What is the correct way :

Tested at hot temperature
Or
Tested on hot temperature?

Or
Tested on hot temperature? :nok: not possible

The really correct version is
Tested at a hot temperature
but if you are writing a "short" or abbreviated version, it's ok to write:
Tested at hot temperature
