Hello, i like to know is Veggie come with "s", or without after a person name?
for example we name a restaurant Caren's Veggies? or Caren's Veggie?

That depends. Veggie could be (acting as) an adjective, like this:
Caren's Veggie Restaurant, Caren's Veggie Bar
But if it's a noun, it would probably be best with s:
Caren's Veggies
Just think what would be best for "vegetable/vegetables":
Caren's Vegetable or Caren's Vegetables? Normally with s is better. So then do the same with Veggie(s).
