1- Do the following words: (Tension), (Nervous), (Stressed) carry the same meaning?
2- Can (Nervous) and (Stressed) be used interchangeably?

1. Unlike nervous and stressed, tension is a noun of which the adjective is tense. Nevertheless, none of these words carry the exact same meaning. That’s why they exist.
