much or more

Post by Kotecha »

Please help me with the following blank.

A good person never cheats another person. It is our duty to be good. Our relations depend on our behaviour with others. Gandhiji also gave .......... importance to behaviour.

1. much
2. more

Which is the correct option to fill in the blank?

Thank you

Probably "much", but depending on the overall context "more" might be possible too.
