Good morning,
In the question "why doesn't she like him?", is their any other form that would be acceptable?
To put it more clearly:
Is 'why does not she like him?' correct?
Is 'why does she not like him?' correct ?
Is 'why does she like him not?' correct?
I must say that the first sentence is the only one that sounds correct ('Why doesn't she like him?'). It would mean that negative questions always ask for a contracted form.
The same question with the verb 'to eat' certainly helps us see that there's only one solution.
Thank you very much for your help.

Of your three options...
"Why does she not like him?" is correct and quite often used, though less, of course, than the contracted form.
The other two options are not possible.
"Why does she not eat him?" is also possible.
