The verb is betray, the noun is betrayal and betrayer but I can't find an adjective. Is there not an adjective and are there other verbs without an adjective.

Re: An adjective for betray
Usually the past participle and present participle of a verb may be used as an adjective in certain contexts:
betrayed
betraying
Also consider betrayable: able to be betrayed
And of course unbetrayed, unbetraying and unbetrayable.
