the meaning of "i would have preferred........

Post by Morame »

hello guys and gals ..
this is the first time to post a topic here .. so i'm really really sorry if i made any mistake ^_^

i want to ask about the real meaning of this sentence

"i would have preferred if more than just the arms moved, but i suppose it's good enough "
here the meaning is that he would be pleased if the arms could be moving freely or if they not ?!
by the way .. the speaking is about a doll ..

The arms move ok. But nothing else moves. He wants other things like the legs and head to move.
